Rear wheel drags and the release button seizes so the wheel will not come off
The brake pin escapes its seat, so the wheel drags, and the purple wheel-release button then seizes. Owners report the wheel will not come off even with both button screws removed, and pliers on the button do not help.
Likely fix: Spray WD-40 into the button hole and leave it overnight, then gently jiggle the wheel side to side without rotating it until it releases. Practising the motion on the good wheel first helps. Be aware the brake spring itself may not be repairable: the owner who documented this ended up braking on one wheel only, which is worth getting checked.
Fold jams or won't complete in one motion (Mios/Priam)
A frequently reported fault - the fold catches partway or the frame locks mid-fold instead of collapsing smoothly.
Likely fix: Check for fabric or the basket caught in the fold hinge first. If it's the mechanism itself catching (not fabric), this is a fold-mechanism repair rather than a DIY fix - get it looked at rather than forcing it.
Mios: rear wheel feels loose, wobbles, or the axle tube pulls out
Reported on Mios models - the rear wheel or its axle tube can work loose and, in some cases, detach, leaving the frame leaning to one side.
Likely fix: If the wheel/axle tube has genuinely worked loose (not just dirty), it usually needs the wheel unit reseated or replaced by a repairer rather than pushed back in and left - a loose rear wheel affects stability.
Where can I find a car seat that fits my Mios?
The Mios comes with adapters for Cybex's own infant car seats included. Note: despite similar-looking connectors, Nuna and Maxi-Cosi seats are not compatible with the Mios 3 - don't assume cross-brand compatibility here.
Likely fix: Stick to Cybex-branded infant seats for the Mios unless you've specifically confirmed compatibility with the official adapter shop.

Reported cases of the safety locking mechanism under the pram becoming worn and unstable over time, in some cases failing while the child was in the seat.
Likely fix: Safety-critical - stop using the seat unit and get the locking mechanism inspected rather than continuing to use it once it feels loose.
Where can I find a car seat that fits my Priam?
The Priam 4 adapter fits Cybex's own infant seats, Maxi-Cosi Mico 30, and Nuna Pipa - adapters are included with a new Priam purchase, with replacements sold separately.
